Renato, this is a great piece and articulates perfectly my own perspective on the roles. I like the phrasing of an "Agile Agent" with a focus on coaching - to mean, this is a much better way of creating self-sustaining and empowered teams.

There is another aspect of Agile Coaches I think is often under-appreciated is their ability to facilitate the Discovery aspect of Product Development as well was soft-skill coaching (the latter being, perhaps, even more important).
